So I've been hearing that the Novac hotel isn't as safe as I thought; As in items disappearing. That in order for it to be safe and items not disappear, you have to do a quest for somebody named "Boone". Now my question is, is if you buy the hotel room for 100 caps from the lady, will it be safe to permanently store items there?
NV: Novac.
